Building Hobart, Brick-by-Brick
The BUILD Loan Fund provides financing to eligible businesses investing in Downtown Hobart through owner-occupied commercial property improvements, redevelopment, equipment, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
The program is administered and managed by the Northwest Indiana Regional Growth Fund in partnership with the City of Hobart.
