- Bank credit write-up / summary
- Bank commitment letter
- Credit bureau reports for all borrowers with 20% ownership
- Copies of all real estate and equipment appraisals
- Copies of all environmental evaluations
- D & B Report / Business Credit Report
If available:
- Copy of borrower’s Personal Financial Statement (current within 60 days, signed, for all borrowers. Husband and wife may use same form.)
- Copy of personal tax returns for the past three years
- Copy of Corporate Tax Returns for operating company for the past three years (for the past three years for operating company.)
- Copy of interim financial statement, within 90 days
- Copy of customer prepared projections
- Copy of corporate tax returns for any business in which the principals own 20% or greater
