Certified Lender Program Overview

The Regional Development Company’s SBA 504 Certified Lender Program is a two hour comprehensive program that will cover the main aspects of the 504 program including eligibility, loan amounts and the application process.

The certification program will include on-site presentations at all local lending institutions.  Quarterly presentations of the certification program will be held at the RDC office for new lenders and strategic partners.

Partner lenders completing the Certified Lender Program will receive a certificate of completion and have their name and contact information listed on the RDC’s website as Certified Lenders.
